The new federal Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) provides financial assistance to low-income Californians to help manage their residential water utility costs. Since a federal grant provides the funding, you do not have to repay it.
社区 Based Organization (CBO) Case Management Pilot Program
The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) recently issued a Decision (D. 22-04-037), which provides a framework to establish and operate a 社区 Based Organization (CBO) Case Management Pilot Program (Pilot).
This Pilot is designed to operate in targeted California communities w在这里, during the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic, electric bills were highest relative to the available resources of the community.
